GHALANAI, April 6: Three children and a woman were killed and another woman was wounded when a shell hit their house in Selai area during an air attack on militants' hideouts in Bezai tehsil in Mohmand tribal region on Wednesday.

Sources said the fighter jets targeted militant positions in Suran Darra, Matai, Selai, Railazai, Wali Dadamena, and Aman Kot areas in tehsil Bezai.

In Selai area, one of the shells fell on the house of Toor Mulla killing his wife and three grandsons, while another woman was injured. Sources said that several other houses were also damaged in the incident.
