“Moriones (the mask) festival”

Moriones festival, usually referred to as the mask or visor festival, is celebrated every year during the holy week in Philippines. The “Moriones” – men and women in colorful costume and masks reflecting biblical Roman soldiers – parade the streets as part of celebration.
