GROS ISLET (St Lucia), April 21: West Indies beat Pakistan by seven runs in the one-off Twenty20 International here on Thursday.

Simmons and Darren Bravo (42 off 33 balls) added 99 for the second wicket to put West Indies back on track after spinner Abdul Rehman had made the breakthrough in his first over when he trapped Andre Fletcher lbw for one.
