SUKKUR, May 27: Rain and dust storm lashed Sukkur and adjoining areas on Friday evening, which brought a brief end hot spell and made the weather pleasant.

Youths took to the streets on motorcycles to enjoy a ride in the rain and many families were seen visiting different parks including Lab-e-Mehran.

However, people’s joy turned a little sour because of suspension of power supply with the onset of rain.—Correspondent
