QUETTA: A person was killed and two others injured in a firing incident that took place outside the passport office in Quetta on Saturday, DawnNews reported.

Police officials confirmed the casualties and said the attack occurred as unknown armed men opened indiscriminate fire at the gate of the office located on Joint Road.

Subsequently, the injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Quetta. The gunmen managed to escape after the incident.
