Hascol gets stay against Ogra move

ISLAMABAD, Sept 8: Hascol Petroleum Limited has obtained a stay order from the Sindh High Court to resume its marketing activities against a decision of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra), which had suspended the marketing licence of seven oil-marketing companies for not having adequate oil storage capacities across the country.

According to a press release issued by the Hascol, the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court on Thursday allowed the company to resume its marketing activities on the grounds that the ministry of defence was responsible for the delays to make the storage depots operational.
