Recollections of Sehwan

Sehwan is a city situated in Jamshoro district in the Sindh province of Pakistan. It is probable that the given name Sehwan originated from "Siwistan" or "Seevistan", which was the territory of Raja Dahir.

Other than the remains speckled about its vicinity, the city is known for its Sufi saint, philosopher and poet,  Lal Shahbaz Qalandar.  The legendary mausoleum of Hazrat Shahbaz Qalandar attracts multitudes of faithful followers every year. - Photos by Humayun Memon
