Younis dropped as Pakistan win toss and bat

Pakistan were forced to leave out experienced batsman Younis Khan because of high fever as they won the toss and decided to bat in the third day-night international at Dubai Stadium here on Saturday.

Down 2-0 after defeats of 130 and 20 runs in the first two of four matches, Pakistan had to bring in batsman Asad Shafiq and wicket-keeper Adnan Akmal for Younis and Abdul Rehman.

England remained unchanged from their first two matches.
