ATTOCK, April 1: Central Police Office Punjab appointed Lt Commander (retired) Mohammad Hilal Khan as permanent district police officer (DPO) of Attock district, it has been learnt.

He had been officiating as the acting DPO since the transfer of Dr Mohammad Akhtar Abbas on March 5.

Former DPO Mr Abbas has been appointed SSP Punjab Highways Patrolling Police (PHPP) Rawalpindi Region. — Correspondent
