Four go missing in Khairpur

KHAIRPUR, April 9: Four persons went missing while on way back from Larkana to their villages in district Khairpur on Sunday night.

Reportedly, the four riding in a car did not reach their homes till late Sunday night and their cell phones remained constantly switched off.

Relatives of missing persons told reporters at the Gambat Press Club that a driver of a rent-a-car Habibullah Sirohi and Pervez Ahmed, Mashooq Dayo and Falak Sher had gone to Larkana.

The four remained in contact with their families while coming back but did not reach home till late Sunday night and their cell phones were also found switched off.

They believed the four had been kidnapped by bandits.

Sources said SP Khairpur, Irfan Ahmed Baloch had directed Landhyoon police, katcha area to carry out search for the missing persons.
