QUETTA, June 5: The provincial secretariat of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement was burnt down in Me-Congi road area on Tuesday night.

Police said that unknown armed men entered the offices of the MQM and after ransacking it set it on fire. “Furniture pieces and other items of the office were completely burnt in the fire,” police said, adding that windowpanes of the office were also smashed.

However, no casualty was reported in the incident.
