KARACHI, June 9: Prodigy Hammas Ahmed Tarar overcame Malaysian Jesse Foo in five games thrilling final to land the under-13 crown at the 10th Penang junior open squash championship the other day.

According to information available here, the Karachi teenager won the battle 12-10, 8-11, 7-11, 11-5, 11-8.

It may be mentioned that this is the second Asian Squash Federation (ASF) junior super series title won by Tarar, the previous being Milo all-star junior squash championship recently.—Sports Correspondent
