LARKANA: Phone subscribers irked

LARKANA, Jan 15: The non-delivery of telephone bills in Larkana has become a problem both for subscribers and the department.

When contacted, the accounts officer of telephone revenue on Monday said bills were regularly sent to subscribers by post.

But subscribers complain they do not receive bills in time and they pay five per cent surcharge for depositing the bills after due date. Every month a large number of subscribers receive duplicate bills.—Correspondent
