Three killed in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI, May 9 Three persons were killed in two different incidents in the city on Saturday, while a girl was abducted, police said.

In the first incident, a dumper truck hit a motorcycle killing Majid Hussain and his fried on the spot.

The Saddar Berooni police registered a murder case on the complaint of Muhammad Safdar, father of the deceased, against the driver and started investigation.

In the second incident, a man fired at a woman when she was attending a wedding ceremony. She was shifted to the District Headquarters hospital (DHQ) where she died.

Badaruddin, told the Ganjmandi police that he along with his niece Sadaf was there when the man fired at her with a 30-bore pistol.

And, according to the Airport police the girl was kidnapped from her house at Dhoke Rajgan.
