DADU: Protest against Hesco

DADU, April 28 People took out a rally in Sehwan on Tuesday to protest against unscheduled power loadshedding and issuance of inflated bills by Hesco.

Led by Sehwan union council nazim Farooq Ahmed Solangi and carrying banners and raising slogans, the protesters marched on different roads of the city before reaching outside the local press club where they held a demonstration.

They said that that the people were braving 9 to 10 hours of loadshedding on daily basis, and added that outages hindered water supply, created problems for patients in hospitals and badly affected trade activities.

They said that the Hesco office had been shifted outside the city.—Correspondent
