PAF oust Wapda in Volleyball

LAHORE, March 21 Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Army and Police entered the 44th National Men's Volleyball championship semi-finals at the Wapda Sports Complex on Saturday.

Defending champions Wapda failed to make it to the last four after the PAF stunned them 3-0 in the super-eight stage.

The PAF eventually won 25-19, 25-19, 25-17. Police thrashed the NWFP 3-0 with the score 25-16, 25-23 and 25-21.

The POF carved out a 25-20, 25-20, 25-13 victory against Punjab to enter the semi-final stage.
