FIFA course for women coaches commences

LAHORE, Sept 20 Twenty-two women coaches are participating in the first-ever Asian Football Confederation (AFC) C-Certificate Coaching Course, which commenced at the FIFA House here on Monday.

Punjab University's Ishrat Fatima, the first skipper of the Pakistan women team, is also among the participants.

The 13-day course, under Iranian instructor Nadir, will conclude on October 2.

Ishrat Fatima, Nadia Naqvi, Saman Islam, Uzma Zaidi, Hurria Hussain, Nighat Naheed, Bushra Shabbir, Rifat Shabbir, Sumera Aftab, Quratullain, Amber Nazir, Fehmida Habib, Faiza Mehmood Mirza, Zainab Mushtaq, Rabia, Syeda Isra Batool Kazmi, Hina Chaudhry, Asma Usman, Fouzia Nazir, Farishtay Ali Sharifi, Hina Rafiq and Aamra Kashif.
