HYDERABAD, June 30: An expert in computing, Ayaz Shah, has succeeded in sorting out the Sindhi alphabets in the Unicode system.

This was announced by the Sindhi Language Authority.

The authority said following the development, dictionaries, encyclopaedia, directories and other online repositories would be automatically synchronized. The handout said the expert had also succeeded in sorting out “Zer, Zabbar and Pesh.

SLA chairman Dr Mohammad Qasim Bughio advised the people to use Sindhi language in computers to enable the experts to remove any emerging hurdles.

SU ADMISSIONS: The director, admissions, University of Sindh, on Monday announced that forms for admission to M.Sc, environmental sciences, could be submitted up to Aug 5.

The last date for submitting forms for admission to MA, women studies, M.Sc, home economics, and postgraduate diploma in community development has been fixed at Aug 16.
