Welcome to Dawn.com’s live coverage of the much anticipated first Twenty20 International between Pakistan and Zimbabwe from Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.

It has been six years to Pakistan’s isolation of international cricket.

Since the deadly attack on the touring Sri Lankan team bus in 2009, Pakistan has been deprived of hosting any international cricketing event.

Zimbabwe has become the first International Cricket Council’s full-member to tour Pakistan after the tragic 2009 incident.

The African team are scheduled to play two Twenty20 Internationals and three One-Day Internationals. Due to security reasons all of the matches are going to be played in the Punjab's provincial capital.
