HYDERABAD: Cantonment police rounded up five activists of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London when they were participating in Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s protest against rigging in general election outside local press club on Saturday.

Around 10 MQM-L activists joined the PTI protest carrying the party flags and raising slogans for Altaf Hussain when police picked up four of them identified as Osama, Kamran Qureshi, Hamza, Nabeel and Mudassir and shifted them to unknown location.

The PTI protesters dispersed to avoid arrest after the police action and returned to resume the protest as soon as police left the area.
