CHITRAL: The Mehtar of Chitral and Member Provincial Assembly from Lower Chitral Fatehul Mulk Ali Nasir has asked the government officials to mend their ways for good governance and ensure that public funds are properly used for the development projects.

On the occasion of inauguration of office of the District Development Advisory Committee (DDAC) near Town Hall here on Friday, he said that he had switched to politics under the banner of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf with the sole purpose of bringing his native district at par with the developed ones and he would make all-out efforts to achieve his goal.

He asked the officers of development departments to ensure transparency and precision in their dealings and give due credence to the public opinion in every matter. He vowed that he would bring about a tangible change in the governance of his constituency.
