LAHORE: The Indian Athletics Federation has confirmed its participation in the South Asian Cross Country Athletics Championship being held in Islamabad from Nov 24, the Athletics Federation of Pakistan (AFP) announced on Saturday.

According to a spokesman of the AFP, the schedule of the Indian squad’s travel to Pakistan will be announced in due course of time.

Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan and the Maldives have already confirmed their participation in the regional event.
