RAHIM YAR KHAN: The Shaikh Zayed Medical College (SZMC), Rahim Yar Khan, has achieved second position and once again showed its academic performance in the MBBS fourth professional annual examinations 2024 conducted by the University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore.

SZMC Principal Prof Dr Muhammad Salim Laghari told Dawn that results declared by the UHS on Monday showed Aimen Hassan had secured 901 marks and achieved second position across Punjab.

He said that the college’s overall success rate stood at 97.39pc,which is close to overall pass percentage of 97.34 announced by the UHS.

Dr Laghari said the college had also got first position in the MBBS third professional exams. He praised the faculty, staff and students.
