QUETTA, Jan 27: Vice-President of the Balochistan National Party (Mengal), Sajid Tareen was rearrested in another case after being released from the District Jail, Quetta, on Saturday.

Police detained him on an FIR registered by the Industrial Police Station under Section 186 and 436 PPC.

This was the BNP-M leader’s fifth detention since Dec 15, 2006 when the provincial home secretary had imprisoned him under the MPO 3.

The Balochistan High Court had set aside the detention order of home secretary. Thereafter, the High Court and the Anti-Terrorist Court Quetta had also granted him bail in three different cases.
