Pakistan to tour Sri Lanka

LAHORE, March 11: A 20-member Pakistan football team will tour Sri Lanka from March 15 to 26 to play four matches against different teams.

The team will play its first match against National Eleven on March 17, the second against the Sri Lanka on March 19, the third against Under-20 on March 21 and the fourth against the Sri Lanka on March 23.

The Slovenian coach Jozef Herel is appointed as  the head coach of the team with Siddique Sheikh his assistant.

Sarfraz Rasool (captain), Sajjad Husain, Naseer Ahmed, Tanvir Ahmed, Aamir Shahzad, Zahoor Ahmed, Sameen Ibrahim, Gohar Zaman, Adeel Ahmed, Muhammad Essa, Zulifqar, Shahid Ahmed, Muhammad Arshad, Qadeer Ahmed, Fareed Majeed, Jaffar Hussain,  Arif Mehmood, Lal Bux.

Stand-byes: Khuda Bux, Shakir Taj, Ibrarullah, Muhammad Riaz.
