Mr. Malik Riaz Hussain is cooperating with NAB and SC for justices, Mr. Arsalan should also to do the same thing if he is on right way, but I don’t think so he is. We are waiting for Justices

its a good decision by MR MALIK RIAZ that appeared before the NAB its shows atleast he is loyal with himself and with the country and facing everything with big heart.

This man needs to be locked up for a very long. He has corrupted so many in the country and gained undue favours as a result.

It is not te fault of any body, if these people due to their confused state of mind are creating problems for themselves and for the others . However, justice has to do its job of dispensing justice without any favour or compromise.

NAB preparing to write letter for Swiss cases- KAUSAR IQBAL MALIK DG FCIF & HR NAB REVEALED ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) plans to write a letter to the Swiss government regarding the reopening of $60 million money laundering cases against President Asif Zardari before the next hearing of NAB cases in the Supreme Court. NAB Director-General (FCIW & HR) Kauser Iqbal Malik, while talking to our sources, said NAB has no other option but to write a letter to the Swiss government regarding the reopening of cases against the President of Pakistan. It is the order of the Supreme Court and we will implement the order, said the director-general (operations), adding: Definitely we will write before the expiry of two weeks. He, however, said consultations are being done with the legal branch and if something is finalized it will be brought before everyone. To a question, Kausar replied, the legal branch is also within NAB so we do not have to go somewhere else to get an opinion. He mentioned it was not somebody wishful thinking whether to write a letter to the Swiss government or not, it was an order of the apex court and there could be no second opinion on writing the letter. Sources in the bureau say NAB has been caught between the devil and the deep blue sea as on the one hand the Supreme Court was pushing it to write to the Swiss authorities regarding the reopening of cases against President Asif Ali Zardari and on the other it was under the government. Sources said so far nothing has been finalized regarding writing a letter to the Swiss authorities; however, discussions are being held on daily basis. Neither can NAB defy Supreme Court orders nor can it submit in writing regarding immunity to the president as it is feared the Supreme Court may take up immunity case on NABs written report, said sources.

This is a open letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan, Chairman National Accountability Bureau Governor Stat Bank of Pakistan, President National Bank of Pakistan, Director FIA and all honest media, press anchors, editors to take action and investigate the long 6 years stay and reappointment of Mr. Kausar Iqbal Malik on 25 April 2012 as a Director General FICW National Accountability Bureau on the position which he dont deserve. His qualifications, degrees, benefits , perks, booty, share from plea bargains, income tax paid paid before joining NAB and now, properties abroad and in Pakistan in his name and his family members, Foreign trips and TADA availed, children educations abroad and its expenses, five cell phone in his name, PTCL phones and its call records should be check without delay. This is a fact sheet and if not taken seriously Nation will hold all those who are responsible at Helm of affairs.

Its good if chairman nab look into the past of kausar iqbal malik.

Good to see that he showed trust on the joint investgation team and also recorded his statement. We wish that this high profile case is investigated in free and fair manner. Arsalan should also cooperate in the investigation.

Malik Riaz Hussain is former chief of Bahria town .. he resigned from his post before a year or so..having no doubt on NAB team reflects that he respects the order of SC and NAB
